Hollywood producers have made horror films about dolls, clowns, teddy bears, and other things that, despite the fact that they are entirely not scary, somehow manage to scare us. And now, the visionary director of Wanted and Night Watch is trying to scare us again with something just as not scary. Can you guess what kind of innocent little thing Hollywood is trying to pit us against now? If you read the title of this post, you probably guessed right: Squirrels!!!!!
Okay, now why one gods green earth would somebody make a horror movie about squirrels? Could somebody please answer me that?! WHY?!?!?!?! Now, I could see lions, murderers or psychos, but squirrels. Hmm. I've got to admit that I never thought that we would sit down in a movie theater and watch people get killed by squirrels!!
The movie is about a man who's father is killed under odd circumstances. He must have been out of town when it happened because he went home and found that a bunch of man eating squirrels are attacking his hometown and killing everybody in their path! The official synopsis (at least according to movieclips.com) is right here: "When a young man's estranged father is killed under suspicious circumstances, he returns home for the first time in years to get to the bottom of the mystery. Hoping to uncover some logical explanation, he instead finds an army of flesh-eating squirrels hellbent on destroying everything in their path."

I guessing a bunch as the American people love scaring themselves silly over completely stupid things like, oh yah, squirrels!!! Do you hear yourself Hollywood? Your making a horror movie about squirrels!!
