EG Update!: Ender's Game gets a second trailer and a new poster! Includes Intro, Trailer itself, All new and epic poster, and quick review!

Introduction

Finally, it's here! Ender's Game* (*or at least the trailer 2). I've been waiting for anything to do with EG and finally, another trailer comes out. It show tons of explosive ships, a great apocalyptic looking battle, tons of ground shaking explosions and easily memorable scenes from the book. The second trailer is even more epic and feature more of Graff's (Harrison Ford's) insistence that Ender should continue to push himself to the breaking point in the terrible games. The trailer also features lots of ships and a hint at people thinking that E is crazy. The movies stars Asa Butterfield as Ender, Harrison Ford as Graff, Viola Davis as Commander Anderson and Sir Ben Kingsley as Mazer Rackham. The movie is set to hit theaters on November 1 (that basically means Halloween), 2013. The theaters won't know what hit them.

Quick Trailer Review

Certain members of my family keep telling me to do trailer reviews so I obliged with this review of the second EG trailer. EG (Ender's Game ((DUH))) is currently in my top 5 favorite books and the movie is an awesome added bonus. This trailer brings the already super epic looking first trailer to the next level. It shows a lot more battle and a lot less time spent on title cards. The trailer appears to be mostly 3 scenes interspersed throughout the two minutes. (1) Mazer Rackham and Graff talking, (2) The battle with young Mazer Rackham, and (3), the battle between Ender and the buggers. Even if you didn't watch the trailer, just by my analysis, you can see how battle filled the trailer is. There are some snippets that I remember from the book like Ender and Val talking on the lake. This trailer also expanded on some of the stuff we saw in the first trailer like exploding ships and E saving the world from bugs. One thing though: The movie is a combo of stories. Even though Bean (Aramis Knight)is one of the main characters, still not a single slide with him in it. WTF?

New Epic Poster "This is Not a Game"

PS: You know, if you want to make somebody think that they are playing a game, it is probably not a smart idea to say "THIS IS NOT A GAME" in huge letters. Hi Ender, start playing your video game! And by the way, This is not a game!
